Terms and Conditions

Dispatch Policy

All items are kept instock, we do not advertise if we haven't got the item. Goods are dispatched as soon as cheque's are cleared or if using Paypal, payment is compleat. If we are unable to despatch your order, we will contact you via email. After payment is recived we will send the goods next post, 1st class via Royal Mail.

Price & Tax

The price shown for the goods exclude postage and package, unless specifically stated. The cost of postage and package is shown extra. The price you pay is including VAT. We will only post within the European Union. Please email with any orders, we accept Paypal, Cheque or Postal orders or Cash if collecting in person.

Cancellations & Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have the right to return all items. Items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange, (EXCLUDING ALL POSTAGE AND PACKAGE), providing that the following conditions are met,
  • Contact to be made within 3 days concerning returns.
  • Goods to be returned within 7 days, unused, unsoiled and in their original package with all labels attached.
The buyer is responsible for all returns postage costs. Refunds or exchange of items will not be given until the original item has been received and inspected by the manager.
